I am registered with several leading health insurance providers, such as AXA, AVIVA, WPA, BUPA, Vitality and Pruhealth. Referrals are welcomed from these providers. It is recommended that individuals contact their insurance company before any treatment is undertaken to receive the health providers approval for payment of these services.
